Client: Individual Retirement Account Holders
Problem: A financial client received a number of complaints and bad reviews due to having a complex website and a cumbersome phone tree. Retirement account holders wanted to be able to access their money and/or transfer their funds elsewhere and were struggling to figure out how.
Solution: I devised a series of “how to” videos that we created to help illustrate the process for the most common requests. Each video was located within the FAQ section of the website and posted across all social platforms.
Results: Individuals got answers to their questions in a timely, easy to find manner and stayed connected to their retirement savings.
