Client: Retirement Plan Providers
Problem: Retirement accounts with small balances can be costly and drain plan resources, which can negatively impact participants in the plan with larger balances.
Solution: The Automatic Rollover Savings Calculator was created to help illustrate the potential savings if you were to remove and roll over former employees with small balances. By taking action on these accounts, companies, not only reduce costs and fiduciary responsibility, but also help former employees stay connected to their retirement savings.
