Leadership isn’t always glamourous. In fact, sometimes it just needs to be black and white. That can translate to finding ways to operate more efficiently, defining processes, and setting/reviewing team goals. As a leader of example, I believe in transparency and providing my team with the necessary tools and guidance to operate as a well oiled machine that results in efficiency and job satisfaction.
