Pilot Catastrophe
Pilot was in desperate need of a new website that catered to a much more refined audience instead of a one size fits all approach. We started with a competitor analysis and a deep dive on their perceived personas (there were two). We found that they were lacking in many areas compared to their competitors and actually needed to break the journey down further into 6 different user personas.

We created an in-depth and quick takeaway version for each to easily reference as we defined the information architecture and began wire framing.

We also began crafting the beginning phases of a new parent hub (Claims Command) that would be the one stop shop for all insurance adjusters that train and work under Pilot.
