Problem: Based on a 2018 small business survey, it was found that more than 50% of small businesses do not offer any type of retirement plan to their employees. Many small businesses simply did not think they could afford a retirement savings plan.

Solution: The Retirement Savings Selector Tool was created to help illustrate the various retirement savings plan options that are available to small businesses. The tool is set up in an easy to use format where the business owner is asked a series of questions that will take them to the most cost effective option based on their answers.

Results: Small business owners are receiving education on their options and helping millions of employees get access to a retirement savings that they would otherwise not have.
